Where we deliver
Free tracked delivery is available across mainland UK. Delivery to Northern Ireland, islands and remote areas may take longer.
Estimated delivery time
The current estimate is 3–5 working days after payment confirmation. Actual timing depends on stock, fulfilment and the destination postcode.
The seller must provide the final delivery estimate at checkout and should not promise a timescale that the fulfilment provider cannot meet.
Tracking
When an order is dispatched, the tracking reference should be emailed to you. You can use the Track my order page with your order reference and postcode.
Delivery address
Check your address carefully before confirming. If a parcel is returned because the address is incorrect or delivery cannot be completed, contact support for the next steps.
